About
Melody is an audio engineer, based in Los Angeles, who specializes in all things post production audio. She was born and raised in Arizona where her love for audio began. She was very involved in music and audio all throughout high school. Melody then went to college at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences where she learned many different facets of the audio industry, such as music, post production, game audio, live sound, and broadcasting. Her love for Post Production grew and when she graduated, receiving her certification in the Master Recording Program II, she moved to Los Angeles.
Melody landed an internship at Enhanced Media where she received her first credit as the head editor and mixer on an indie feature film. Since then she has worked on many shorts and features, as a freelancer, as well as working at Post House VSI LA in their Media Services department where she handles QC and deliverables.
